The following terms apply:

Delivery Times

For goods customized according to customer specifications, the proof is created within 3–5 business days after the conclusion of the contract; the execution of the design work and delivery of the goods takes place within 7 business days after approval of the proof (for agreed advance payment, after we receive your payment), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 1–3 business days, and for international deliveries within 3–12 business days after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed advance payment, after we receive your payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and can be collected. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.

The minimum order value is: For customers with a dealer account only: € 100 – below that, a € 5 small-order surcharge applies.

Further Payment Details


If you pay in advance, we grant you a 3% discount on the gross value of goods of the order.

Payment by invoice is only available for public authorities and businesses .

For payment by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 10 days.

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to debit the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

For dealers, payment in advance applies to the first order; from the second order onwards, we will enable payment by invoice.

Notes on the Obligation to Take Back Packaging Material

Under the current German Packaging Act (VerpackG), Section 15(1) sentence 1, we are obliged to take back the following types of packaging from end consumers free of charge:

  • Transport packaging, such as pallets, large packaging, etc.,
  • Sales and secondary packaging that typically does not accrue as waste with private end consumers after use,
  • Sales and secondary packaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility under Section 7(5), and
  • Sales packaging of products containing harmful substances, or
  • Reusable packaging.

Appropriate packaging material is used for delivery of the product; we will take this back free of charge. In this way, we ensure that the packaging material is returned to the recycling loop. By informing you about return options, better results in the return of packaging are to be achieved and a contribution to fulfilling the European recovery targets under EU Directive 94/62/EC is ensured.

As an end consumer, you can return the packaging material at the place of actual handover or in its immediate vicinity.
