Our chopping and work boards are available in different sizes and shapes, although we recommend a minimum size of 40 cm for optimum functionality. Each board is made from high-quality European woods such as maple, beech, oak, ash, alder, cherry and walnut, giving it unique properties and a special character.

The end-grain glued chopping blocks stand for robustness and precision. The upright fibers ensure long-lasting, knife-friendly cuts. Our boards with horizontal fibers are just as robust and offer a smooth surface for effortless cutting. Many of our boards are equipped with a practical juice groove to keep the work surface clean.
