The snack box is leak-proof due to the beautiful green seal, which is food tested. This allows the lunchbox to be used for soup or other liquids. The box does not discolor and does not absorb odors. All edges are closed, so there is no risk of cuts. We strongly advise against boxes with wooden lids, as they warp due to moisture and become leaky. Moist contents can also lead to mold growth.

Wooden lids tend to deform under the influence of moisture, which can compromise the box's seal and lead to leaks. Additionally, moist contents pose a risk of mold formation. To avoid these problems and ensure optimal hygiene, we only offer a version with a stainless steel lid and rubber seal. This construction guarantees not only reliable sealing but also unmatched durability and cleanliness of your lunchbox.

Care and Usage Instructions
The included cutting board made of European wood with an MDF core is specially designed to prevent warping while remaining lightweight. Note that the board is not dishwasher safe and must be protected from moisture. Immediate replacement is required for deeper cuts! The veneer layer is very thin and only suitable for cutting food.
For an even more durable option, we also offer 10mm solid wood boards made from unglued solid wood, which are highly durable.

To ensure lasting enjoyment of our high-quality wooden items, we recommend regular and gentle care. Wood is a natural material – each piece is unique – and deserves special attention in daily use.
Cleaning
Never clean wooden products in the dishwasher. The combination of heat, moisture, and detergents can permanently damage the wood. Instead, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a little mild dish soap. Dry thoroughly with a clean towel immediately afterward.
Drying
Do not leave wooden products wet or place them on a heat source. Always let them air dry while standing upright. This helps prevent warping or cracking.
Oiling
To keep the surface smooth and resilient, we recommend treating the wood regularly with a natural oil – such as cold-pressed linseed oil. The oil protects against moisture, enhances the wood grain, and gives it a warm appearance.
Apply the oil sparingly to the clean, dry surface using a soft cloth. Wipe off any excess after about 15 minutes and allow it to dry completely – ideally overnight.
