Leak-proof and food-tested - the perfect lunch box
The lunch box is leak-proof thanks to the attractive green seal, which is food-safe. This means that the lunch box can also be used for soup or other liquids. The box does not discolor and does not absorb odors. All edges are closed, so there is no risk of cutting. We strongly advise against tins with wooden lids, as they warp due to moisture and therefore become leaky. Moist contents can also cause mold to grow.
Beware of lunch boxes with wooden lids!
We only offer lunch boxes in which the wood has no contact with the contents of the lunch box. Wooden lids tend to deform under the influence of moisture, which can impair the tightness of the box and lead to leaks. There is also a risk of mold growth if the contents are damp. To avoid these problems and ensure optimum hygiene, we only offer a version with a stainless steel lid and a rubber seal. This design not only guarantees a reliable seal, but also ensures that your lunch box is unsurpassed in terms of durability and cleanliness.

Care and instructions for use
The supplied cutting board is made of European wood with an MDF core and is specially designed to prevent warping while remaining lightweight. Please note that the board is not dishwasher-safe and must be protected from moisture. In the event of deeper cuts, it must be replaced immediately! As the veneer layer is only very thin and only this is suitable for cutting food.
For an even more durable option, we also offer 10mm solid wood boards, which are made of unglued solid wood and are highly durable.

To ensure lasting enjoyment of our high-quality wooden items, we recommend regular and gentle care. Wood is a natural material – each piece is unique – and deserves special attention in daily use.
Cleaning
Never clean wooden products in the dishwasher. The combination of heat, moisture, and detergents can permanently damage the wood. Instead, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a little mild dish soap. Dry thoroughly with a clean towel immediately afterward.
Drying
Do not leave wooden products wet or place them on a heat source. Always let them air dry while standing upright. This helps prevent warping or cracking.
Oiling
To keep the surface smooth and resilient, we recommend treating the wood regularly with a natural oil – such as cold-pressed linseed oil. The oil protects against moisture, enhances the wood grain, and gives it a warm appearance.
Apply the oil sparingly to the clean, dry surface using a soft cloth. Wipe off any excess after about 15 minutes and allow it to dry completely – ideally overnight.
